The USB charger in my room did not work, and my phone was dead the next day. This was an inconvenience, especially as I wanted to take photos around the area. I had a disagreement with a staff member to get breakfast one morning. I was told I could have it early, but the sign says it should have been available from 6:30 AM. We pay for it. the grounds were untidy with trash everywhere.

hotel access to o2 arena was easy. breakfast was great. i slept well. the staff seemed attentive and nothing reminded me of too much trouble for them.

check in was a bit of a pain. i had to change my room key twice before getting one that worked. a bright reading light shined above my head at night. i even tried covering it with a towel.
